Here's How it Works:

You may submit your personal auto glass claim online by clicking the button below and providing us with some basic information, or you may do the following:

1. Call 1-866-523-4278 to report your claim to our glass claim service. Your call will be answered promptly and professionally 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
   An Iowa Mutual glass claim representative will process the claim by taking first notice of loss.
2. Your claims representative will connect you with a glass shop via a conference call to schedule a convenient time for the repair/replacement.
3. Your claim reporting and repair scheduling can take as little as five minutes, and mobile service will be dispatched within 24 hours (in-shop service is also available). When a chip or small crack can be repaired through the Iowa Mutual auto glass service, we will waive the deductible!
